Scrubs: Season 8 (Episode 3 & 4)
16 January 2009 – 1:37amThirty five! (episode 3, “My Saving Grace” you have to watch it to understand) lol. The intro to episode 3 was so funny. The Janitor and Dr Cox were just totally awesome throughout it and the entire episode. This episode was quite a benchmark in which Dr Cox actually told Dr Kelso that he misses him not being the Chief of Medicine, they (Dr Cox, JD and Elliot) decided enough was enough and they got Dr Maddox fired, who became the new Chief of Medicine? A little birdie tells me that it’s Perry Cox! The moment thousands of us worldwide have been waiting years for (episode 6 in two weeks time).
“My Happy Place” (episode 4) intro was amazing as the Todd was in it! Also JD and Elliot started getting closer and closer (as they once were) and… The Janitor is back at what he does best! JD and Elliot started to talk to each other about how they feel for one another. But JD and Elliot couldn’t make the decision for themselves, Dr Kelso had to show them the light and JD and Elliot decided that they’d give it another go. There was also quite a few heart to heart moments with Turk and Dr Cox (as I’m sure you remember Dr Cox likes/did like Carla but she chose Turk), Dr Cox finally told Turk he trusted him and his judgement but later in the episode kept “over his shoulder” as JD and Elliot where walking out the hospital (soon to be hand-in-hand) Dr Cox put his finger over his lips telling them “shhh” so that Turk wouldn’t know, Dr Cox is only looking out for everyone in his weird way as both Barbie and Nooby (Elliot and JD) know.
It’s quite sad for me knowing that in just a short number of weeks the end of Scrubs will be upon us, episode 4 hit home with me and has made me think about a few things.
Any way, off to bed now, figured I’d write this blog as I’ve just finished watching both episodes and they’re fresh in my head.
