Page, Structure Updates & A New Video

I’ve updated a few pages such as the; About, Achievements, Goals, History and Videos (lots of writing).

You will also notice that the entire structure (all the links) have changed, but don’t worry, they should be easier for you as they don’t just have numbers, they’re formatted with the following:
