MotoGP: Misano

Bit of a late blog for this as I was playing football, so I caught up with the race on the BBC’s iPlayer.

Well, it’s another repeat of the last round, Stoner got away at the start of the race and was pulling away from Vale, however, Vale kept piling on the pressure and forced Stoner into another mistake which was; loosing the front-end.

However, rumours have it that next season will be a one-tyre brand, namely Bridgestone.

It seems Pedrosa wants to be on Bridgestone‘s next year no matter what, it’s been confirmed that from the next race onwards Pedrosa will be Bridgestone tyres, thus I think he’ll be challenging Vale at every race from next season.

Vale came 1st and won at Misano (his home grand prix) for the very first time! Lorenzo came in at a comfortable 2nd whilst Elias came in 3rd.

This win for Vale meant a lot to him as he equalled Giacomo Agostini‘s record of 68 MotoGP wins. One more win and he has the most MotoGP wins ever by any rider.
